Abstract. In this article results of comparative analysis of B-Raf mutations using three techniques: Sanger sequencing, real-time PCR and Next-generation sequencing (NGS) are presented. Eight pairs of samples, extracted from tumor tissue and blood plasma of patients with malignant and benign skin diseases were investigated. Results obtained in this work led us to the conclusion that cell-free circulating DNA analysis as non-invasive method of investigation requires the hard standardization of biological sample and its preparation protocols.
