Abstract. The article are discussed predictive value of several molecular markers in patients with triple-negative breast cancer. The results obtained indicate that the studied markers can be used as predictors of clinical outcome and the devised model of logistic regression can be used to predict  the chemotherapy response of breast cancer based on clinical pathological variables.
Key words: triple-negative breast cancer, neoadjuvant chemotherapy, pathologic complete response.
