Abstract. Described method is used during breast radical surgeries. Breast, subclavicular, axillar and subscapular lymph nodes are removed in one block. At the end of surgery pectoralis minor muscle is dissected in the place of costal attachment and is placed over subclavicular artery, after which it is fixed to the lateral part of cellular tissue of the axillary fossa, thus tamponing axillary region. Lateral cutaneous flap is fixed to the anterior-lateral chest wall. Described method allows decrease lymphorrhea for 98,2%, which in its turn reduces period of in-patient hospitalization and fastens the start of further treatment.

Key words: breast cancer, lymphorrhea, myoplasty, mastectomy.
