Abstract. In this article we have comparative of some energy types for dissection, coagulation, dissecation and fulguration: coagulation: high-frequency energy, ultrasound, laser, argon and Hertz(ian) waves. Discussed quality and deficiency. Unipolar surgery have more thermal injuries, than ultrasound. Ultrasound supply better seal of low vessels and electrosurgery — large vessels. Argon is more effective on the rough surface, but dangerous of embolism. Laser is very expensive. Operative time is low in ultrasound. Fatal complications are more probable in laser and argon.
